Flexographic Printing is web based in-line printing requiring the use of printing plates for each PMS color printed. Flexo printing uses rolls of recycled board which is machine fed through the ink and die cutting stations.

Digital Printing uses blank pre-assembled coffee sleeves which are loaded on a digital printer. Each coffee sleeve is printed individually. Once completed, sleeves are packed into cases ready to ship to the customer.

Thermoforming uses PVC plastic to create blisters that work together with a Pill Card to hold medication.  Each roll of PVC is fed thru the unit and then thermoformed into specific sizes based on the tooling; 7-day, 14-day, monthly, etc.
